This story has gotten very high reviews on both & , but I had some problems with it.First, it's told in first person, from our heroine Mia's point of view. But the author drops clues about what's going on that I, as the reader see, but Mia does not. This makes Mia clueless. But more importantly, it drives a wedge between me as the reader and the heroine. In first person, I am supposed to see things as Mia sees them, experience things as Mia experiences them. I'm not supposed to figure things ou [...]

I was recommended this series by a close friend and when I finally got around to reading the series. MY MIND WAS BLOWN!!!! I love this book! I am a huge sucker for Norse Mythology and this book tugged at my heart strings. Now I have argued with my friends that Ull is better than Tyr (of course we all have different opinions), so sadly Ull still has my heart. But it doesn’t me that I didn’t love and enjoy this book. Mia is stubborn and someone I could relate to, she needs to have control and [...]

***ARC received in exchange for an honest review - Sanne / Scandalous Book Blog***What would you expect when you are about to read a story about the God of War?Mischief and mayhem of course! Does this book deliver these? Oh yeah and much much more. Not only did I cry like a baby but I also swooned and laughed. S.T. Bende can make mythology interesting for even the hardest disbeliever. Mia is your average college student working her way to greatness. Little did she expect to stumble upon a real li [...]

FLOVED!!! S.T. has a way with Norse mythology, and writing in a way that really pulls you in. You instantly love Mia - she's strong and independent. A very strong and great companion for Tyr out charismatic God of War. I loved the Elsker saga so much I felt like I was cheating on the old crew with the new, but really they are both amazing. I really am hoping that S.T. gives us a cross over novel (hint hint)Mia is neurotic, loves her life to have order, to be rational, to make sense; to have Perf [...]

I got this book knowing I would want to read through the series as I have also read S.T. Bende series the Elsker Saga, which I loved. This first book did not disappoint. I was into it from page one. The romance and comedy makes for a great read. The detailed descriptions that S.T. Bende creates with each situation as well as the feel and mood makes it easy to keep into the rhythm of the story and the characters. I love the budding romance not only with the main characters but also the small back [...]

I haven't read a series about the Norse Gods before and I really enjoyed it. Mia is a great character. Not a damsel in distress, wants to help fight and not just be protected. She is a family girl with a great relationship with her brother. She is beyond type A and is organized to a T so chaos and the unknown are hard for her. Tyr is a manly man, and who can blame him when you know who/what he is, but he is loyal to a fault and someone you would always want on your side. The two of them together [...]

I have found a new favorite author in S.T. Bende. I meet Ms. Bende at the 2016 Roanoke Author Invasion and thought what a unique series and take on Norse mythology. In meeting Ms. Bende, her passion for all mythology and writing was contagious. In Perfekt Order I found well written characters, easy to follow plot with a satisfying ending. I like that the books are connected yet can be read as stand-alone books. The books are as lively as Ms. Bende and Brynn which made time fly when reading them. [...]

This is the first I've read by S.T Bende and I lo ed very every bit of it. I can't wait to ready the other series and get more of the Norse God worlds. This so far is a very clean story. It alludes to sexual happenings but stays very clean. The amount of research that had to have happened to make this book awesome had to been alot. STBende goes into great detail but still understandable (I didn't feel like I was reading a textbook for a mythology class) about the relations of the Norse Gods. It [...]

This was a great read. It was full of laughter, and craziness. I did think that the ending could have used more work. There were some parts where I was a bit bored at. However, the book as a whole kept me engaged, and thoroughly entertained. I am happy that I read this book. I got to know more about Asgard (I forgot the spelling). The characters were awesome and funny. Can't wait to see what happens in the next book. Overall, an enjoyable read.

This is the second of Bende's series I've gotten completely hooked on. She writes engrossing tales full of danger and intrigue and is great at the Norse mythology. Can't put her books down and ended up ordering the next one in the series the moment I finished. Though her stories are sensual, there is no smut. They are just good clean fun.

Although I read the blurb for Perfekt Order, it was quite some time ago. So, when starting the book, I decided not to refresh my memory and went in semi-blind."First impressions took a heartbeat to make, but a lifetime to break."Not knowing much about what I was getting into, my first impression of Mia was  a positive one. She's a bit of an introvert,  preferring to stay under the radar, although she did seem eager to try new things. Being a character so fond of math and science, such clear-c [...]

Review to come!Update 2/6/16:See more reviews on my blog Novels and NecklacesS.T. Bende never ceases to amaze me with her wonderful way of mixing Norse mythology into an exciting adventure of a story! I have been a huge fan of S.T. Bende since reading the Elsker Saga, and while this has a similar feel, it's a whole new story with unique and amazing characters that will easily find a way into your heart the instant you meet them. Ms. Bende's writing pulls you in immediately, and every scene is ri [...]

4.5 StarsI loved the Elsker Saga, so I was really looking forward to this new series by ST Bende, still set in Norse mythology, but with a new set of people and gods. And I'm happy to say I was not disappointed. I loved Tyr and Mia's story!Mia's arrival at her new college was no gentle transition. Right off the bat, she is thrust into some crazy action, proof positive that this was going to be a fun and exciting read. And it was. Journeying with Mia as she tries to figure out what's going on aro [...]

S.T. Bende is the USA Today bestselling author of The Elsker Saga. Perfekt Order is the first book in her second series, The AEre Saga. These two sagas are very similar considering that they both involve college age women falling in love with Norse Gods. However, their concepts are very enticing, and I enjoyed both.S.T. Bende has the gift of writing a contemporary novel that incorporates mythology accurately. I don't find a lot of novels that incorporate Norse Mythology, let alone conemporaries, [...]

I've heard many great things about this author, and now I finally know what all the hype is about! I love to read stories involving different types of mythologies. Norse is one of the newer myths that I have begun to get into, and it's growing increasingly more fascinating to me. I loved learning more about the Norse legends in this modern adaptation by Miss Bende. This book was a winner! Now, I have to get this out of my system. Don't misunderstand me when I tell you that Mia is literally the mo [...]

Cheese and crackers! ST Bende has once again crafted utter Perfektion in this hilarious (be prepared to snort aloud), YA (slightly more NA in my opinion) tale about maintaining balance through negotiation, opening to others (as well as risks and flaws), revealing secrets, embracing change, and of course accepting love. Mia, a slightly OCD girl is already struggling to maintain her peaceful order when she starts her new college life on the west coast. Her new roommate Brynn (a bubbly firecracker [...]

I received this ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. The first book in the Ære Saga is an appealing tale of adventure, Norse mythology and love. Tyr, the God of War, is a captivating, sexy character with an unexpected uncertainty and gentleness about him that contrasts and compliments his tough "God of War" persona. The author manages to illustrate his vulnerabilities without making him seem any the less tough. Mia, is a human college student with an independent and somewhat OC [...]

I put off reading this book for a little while because the indication that mythology was involved (that I knew nothing about) made me not want to use my brain to read it. FATAL MISTAKE!! This book is awesome! Yes I know I use the word awesome ALOT but seriously, I love this book. I love reading stories that allow me to identify with the main character in some way and allowed me to get lost in the world. S.T Bende is a talented author. You don't need to know alot about the mythology to enjoy this [...]

S.t. Bende has a way of writing that makes you fall in love with Norse mythology. One of the many good things about this book is that it is independent of the Elsker Saga and while you would recognise names/characters from her other books you can read this without missing out on any background if you haven't read her Elsker books yet (but put them on your to be read list!). There is action straight off the bat with this book and the characters are funny, sympathetic, sneaky, stubborn, romantic a [...]

This book is uterly amazing, we get to meet another part of Ull's crew or his friends. We meet Mia whats her name the soul mate of the norse god of war, we meet Freya, Elsa and is not the one from frozen, Henrik, Gunnar's Brother and the lovely yet overly cheerful Brynn. Though I suffered a bit troughout the book when things started to happen and when Tyr died/slash went into a void thingy but in the end of the book Tyr got fred as his arm and his girl and Elsa and Forse might have a chance to b [...]

An addicting read! I'm in love with Perfekt Order and Tyr and Mia. These two are absolutely fantastic and were made for each other. S. T. Bende has become one of my favourite authors. S. T please do not stop writing these amazing books about the Norse crew. This saga is packed with love, adventure, excitement, laugh out loud moments, Norse Gods/Goddesses, monsters, romance and heart-stopping moments (like seriously, I cried so be prepared. Don't say that I didn't warn you!). Perfect for readers [...]

I have a problem with the heroineThis book is ok I think , a little long , the author need to check her story , a lot of things does contradict each other , very confusing. The Hero is not very alpha for me and lets talk about the heroine , she is childish , annoying , stomping her foot all the time as a two years old and the " I can take care of myself " just makes me laugh . But is not all bad , I can see that the series have promise and I may even try the next one, just hope the "too stupid t [...]

Perfekt Order is a lovely story of a simple, extremely organize and control girl and her not so organize and control world once she mets a certaine deity. It was cute getting to know Tyr and Mia, they bicker so much, but are so loyal and protective for each other and for others. I'd loved learning more about Norse Mitology and seen different perspectives of it. It's a whole new world and I'm loving it :)

    • Heather says:

Perfekt Order is just Perfekt! I fell in love with this story, the places it took me and the characters in it. Mia is an amazing lead and she handles her God of war like a champ! Tyr has a hard time accepting his fate but once he does, he rocks it with many swoon worthy moments. Henrik and Brynn are amazing as well and I can't wait to find out how their story unfolds. S.T. Bende your writing rocks and I love the wonderful places your words take me.

war for loveMia is excited about going to college for her science degree but not so excited about having to get into the social scene. she's there strictly for her education. but when she meets Tyr who exasperats, excites and puzzles her all at the same time, she decides to give romance a try. but Tyr is a different sort of man and when she steps into his world a whole realm opens up before her. and she learns all the Norse myths are true.

    • C.J. says:

Thoroughly enjoyed this. I've never read a story centred around Norse mythology before and I have to say I really liked it. All the characters were fantastic and I loved how Mia was steadfast in how she wanted her life to be and didn't just do what Tyr insisted she should. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series. If you're looking for smut you won't find it here. Recommend.

    • Barbara says:

What an unexpected surprise this book was! SO MUCH FUN. Loved the Norse mythology and romance (TYR <3 MY GOSH) and humor (I snorted multiple times) and all the characters. Looking forward to the rest in this series!

Twilight with a Twist!I won't spoil the surprise on what/who Tyr is. Suffice to say it's cool and an interesting twist. Very fun book and I'm looking forward to reading the sequels.
