      This was such a fun, summer-y story! I loved the close relationship between Max and his sister, and I liked all of their relatives even Aunt Kate. (I have a feeling she has something of a sad backstory.) ;) All the summer-y, small town things like the baseball game, icecream, and the movie theater sounded adorable.       I don't really know what to think about this book. I mean, it was interesting in some ways, but I felt that it was just too short to support the "choose your own ending" format. It ended up confusing. Especially since I'm the kind of girl who has to explore every possible variant.
